Our Pack has a new look this year, with over a dozen newly invested Cubs. We will continue to grow in the coming weeks as we welcome a few more new Cubs to the 32nd Ottawa Scouting family.
So far we have:
- Learned some of the history of the Scouting Movement and Lord Baden Powell
- Discovered secret languages, Morse Code, Braille, Semaphore, and Sign Language
- Tested our outdoor camp skills (and rain defence!)
- Expanded our First Aid and Home Safety skills
- We've hiked and played, orienteering and navigating our way through our community
- Cubs used their ingenuity and engineering ability to design and build gravity defying structures
- Talent Night showcased some amazing performances
- And the Cubs begun earning and collecting badges. Oh the badges!
- Cub Kars and Rally Night
- Winter Camp (2 nights at Camp Opemikon)
- Skating and Sledding
- Linking with our Beaver and Scout friends
- Spring Camp (2 nights at Camp Awakamenj mino)
- Hiking, Biking, Hill-Climbing...
