Ventures will need to pay for the last camp, ($50) and pay for the upcoming RoVent. Rovent will be $32 per person. Meals are included in the RoVent fee.
Tomorrow night is VAF and Scouter Matthew will have to attend to register for RoVent. Scouter Gerry has offered to drive to pick up the Trebuchet. I would suggest that we change the business meeting that we are planning for Thursday to work meeting for the trebuchet. We will also need to do a preliminary costing of the repairs of the trebuchet, and that cost will have to be divided by the group, or come out of dues for the time being. Or dare I say, you may have to find a way to raise funds to do some of the things we want to do. There is also no rule that states that you can not work on the trebuchet on your own as a group.
